IT Solutions For All participated in Opportunity Morning 2025, a lively street event held in the Mangas Verdes neighbourhood of Málaga. The initiative transforms the area into an interactive, open-air hub where local companies, associations, and educational organizations present services, projects, and opportunities directly to young people and the community. The event encourages dialogue, hands-on activities, and networking in an informal setting, promoting employability, digital skills, and social inclusion.
At the event, ITSFA presented the HYPATIA project, an Erasmus+‑funded initiative addressing digital inclusion and online safety for vulnerable women, including homemakers and women at risk of social exclusion. HYPATIA aims to reduce the digital gender gap by equipping participants with practical skills, awareness of online risks, and the confidence to navigate the digital environment safely.
Representatives from ITSFA showcased the project’s key results, including educational resources developed throughout HYPATIA. A central highlight was the HYPATIA OER platform, a free, multilingual digital hub offering tailored training modules, awareness-raising content, and exercises designed to improve digital literacy, cybersecurity knowledge, and critical understanding of online challenges. The platform’s interactive components, accessible format, and certificate options ensure it can be used by women from diverse backgrounds across Europe.
ITSFA engaged with participants, illustrating the impact of HYPATIA on empowering women and fostering digital inclusion. The team also shared insights into the project’s methodology, results, and potential for replication, demonstrating how digital empowerment can support both social and economic participation.

On 26 September 2025, during the EU-wide European Researchers’ Night, the VOICE project was officially presented at the Università degli Studi “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara (UdA) with the seminar “ImAgine VOICE: A project empowering Ukrainian immigrants across Europe”.
The presentation, delivered by Prof. Mariapia D’Angelo (UdA) and Stefano Natale (EPIC), introduced VOICE to a large and diverse audience of students, faculty members, stakeholders and citizens. Throughout the day, the VOICE team also managed two dedicated info-corners, engaging in more than 200 conversations with visitors interested in the project’s goals and activities.
Why VOICE at European Researchers’ Night Matters
The European Researchers’ Night – a long-established European initiative promoted by the European Commission since 2005 to bring research and education closer to the wider public – provided an ideal setting to showcase VOICE’s mission. Presenting within this high-visibility event allowed the project to connect with thousands of attendees, highlight its social-innovation dimension, and raise awareness about the integration and empowerment of Ukrainian refugees across Europe.
The project’s aims and methodology sparked strong interest from numerous professors and students, especially those working on social innovation, digital education and community development. Several Ukrainian participants also approached the team to express genuine appreciation, gather information materials and follow the project’s upcoming activities.
A Day of Engagement and Dialogue Beyond the main presentation, the VOICE stands remained active for the entire event, attracting continuous interaction from the public. Visitors engaged with the team about: • VOICE’s approach to refugee inclusion and empowerment • the importance of accessible, multilingual training pathways • the social-innovation practices emerging across partner countries • opportunities to collaborate or participate in future project phases This direct dialogue with the public reinforced the project’s commitment to transparency, community engagement and evidence-based inclusion strategies.
Looking Ahead
Following the strong response at NdR, VOICE will continue expanding its outreach and dissemination activities. The next months will focus on:
WP3 training adaptation and localisation
stakeholder involvement at local and EU level
community-oriented promotional events
preparation for the pilot phase
The team encourages all interested individuals – stakeholders, institutions, researchers, and refugee communities – to follow VOICE’s updates and join future initiatives.

On October 26, 2022, our partner organization Fundacja Ad Meritum coordinated and promoted the multiplier event in Poland, which was planned from the beginning of our project journey. This event took place in the city of Bytom, Poland, a post-mining location that has been the focus of numerous studies, dissemination activities, storytelling, and testimonial collection, as evident in the various resources of IO3. Bytom is indeed one of the most relevant case studies in ASTRA, serving as a best practice example of post-mining revitalization that has been shared and promoted in other countries, particularly in Italy and Sicily.
The Polish multiplier event involved a significant number of participants, mainly young adults, educators, and cultural promoters. In particular, it also engaged the staff responsible for numerous cultural institutions active in this rich post-mining area, between Bytom and Rozbark, including the coordinator of artistic and educational projects at the Rozbark Theatre. More than 40 participants were reached, exceeding the originally targeted number set by Fundacja Ad Meritum during the drafting of the ASTRA proposal.

The event was attended by 2 members of the IWS organisation and was addressed to a group of 7 vocational teachers of Romanian nationality.
During the multiplier event, the main objectives and results of the OFFLINE project were presented, specifically:
The mapping of free cultural resources in the countries participating in the project and at European level.
The self-assessment tool on knowledge and attitudes related to digital competences, online cultural attitude and time spent on social networks.
The case studies that collect initiatives to promote information literacy and cultural values.
Training courses, which featured prominently at the event. The members of the organisation reviewed the 10 training courses developed in 5 languages that deal with current and relevant topics such as the creation of digital content, the recognition of fake news, or the creative use of digital technology.
The event took place at the premises of Asociación Arrabal AID, a valuable partner of the project.
At the event, in addition to sharing information about the project, there were relevant exchanges of ideas and practices between the Romanian teachers and members of the participating organisation IWS.
The participants, aware of the risks that can arise from the use and dependence on social media, were very interested in the development and evolution of the project and took note of some good practices and recommendations to apply to their daily teaching practice.

On October 20, 2022, delegates from Idrisi Cultura e Sviluppo ETS participated in the monitoring meeting of the strategic partnership for creativity in response to the post-pandemic crisis. The event was organized in Florence by the Italian National Erasmus+ Agency INDIRE, specifically by the Adult Education unit. This event was dedicated to all beneficiaries of Erasmus+ KA227 Partnerships for Creativity.
The delegates from Idrisi took the opportunity to introduce the ASTRA project and engage in dialogue with other beneficiary organizations coordinating similar projects in the field of creativity and the promotion of digital culture. The theme of the event was indeed “Culture and Creativity for Social Cohesion,” which was not only the focus of the national event but also the broader European EPALE Community Conference. This thematic meeting specifically addressed the monitoring of strategic partnerships on creative sustainability in response to the post-pandemic crisis, the winners of the extraordinary call in October 2020.
Many aspects and functionalities of the EPALE platform were also explored during the event. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to disseminate ASTRA within prominent European networks and participate in an internationally renowned conference. This has always been one of the most significant and ambitious milestones set not only by Idrisi but also by all consortium partners from the very beginning of our journey with ASTRA.
