The BT4VET project is completing its Test & Validation phase. Over the past few months, VET provider partners have conducted tests on the BT4VET tools created during the project and addressed to the previously identified target groups. The goal of 100 participants was achieved and exceeded. Now, the involved partners (ADN, ANCCP, VICTORIA, and IALFVG), will move forward to the reporting phase, to analyze the feedback collected from the target groups.
Test & Validation activities were carried out by VET provider partners through sessions with target groups. These groups consisted of decision-makers (VET managers and coordinators) who are part of VET provider partners or external collaborators, as well as VET partnership organizations that are reviewing their strategies. The feedback from the tests was extremely positive, and the results corroborate the effectiveness and adaptability of BT4VET’s tools in different international VET contexts.
The tools tested during the project are freely accessible on the platform and are directed at improving the services delivered by VET provider organizations. These tools focus on clients (networking, satisfaction, marketing, and promotion), products (development, placement, and quality), and internal improvements (relationships with stakeholders, human resources, internationalization, and financial efficiency).
The next phase will focus on consolidating the BT4VET package based on the analysis of feedback from the tests to refine the tools and ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
