WP3 Delivers a Complete Innovation Package for VET Providers

The BT4VET partnership proudly announces the official results of Work Package 3 (WP3), marking the next major step in supporting VET organisations to become more competitive, diversified, and sustainable. Building on the analytical groundwork established in WP2, WP3 translates strategic insights into practical, ready-to-use solutions that strengthen VET providers’ innovation capacity and long-term development.

1. Business Transformation Model for VET Operators

A new conceptual model has been developed to help VET institutions evolve beyond traditional training roles and expand into multi-service organisations. This transformation model outlines how VET providers can integrate innovation, digitalisation, entrepreneurship support, industry partnerships, community engagement, and international mobility services into their operational strategy. It serves as a strategic blueprint for institutions aiming to modernise their offer, enhance relevance in changing labour markets, and increase their resilience.

2. BT4VET Business Suite

Complementing the conceptual model, WP3 introduces the BT4VET Business Suite — a collection of practical tools designed to support VET providers in implementing innovative approaches in their daily work.

The Suite includes frameworks for product development, market positioning, stakeholder engagement, HR development, quality assurance, financial monitoring, and customer experience improvement. Available in five languages (EN, LV, IT, ES, PL), the Suite provides VET operators with actionable resources to strengthen internal capacity, enhance service quality, and support evidence-based decision-making.

What’s Next?

In the coming months, BT4VET partners will pilot the Business Suite with VET institutions across partner countries, gathering real-world feedback to refine the tools and maximise usability. These results will then be shared through national and European dissemination events to encourage wide-scale adoption. Ultimately, WP3 aims to empower VET providers to embed innovative business models in their daily operations, supporting their sustainability and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
