Successful Completion of Training Modules and Third Transnational Project Meeting within the Erasmus+ Project “NICE – Innovative Business Models for Strengthening the Competitiveness and Well-being of MSMEs"

April 21, 2026, the consortium of the Erasmus+ project NICE – Innovative Business Models for Strengthening the Competitiveness and Well-being of MSMEs – is pleased to announce the successful completion of all planned training modules, representing a significant milestone in the project’s implementation. The modules have been developed to address the specific needs of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), with a strong focus on enhancing organisational resilience, competitiveness, and employee well-being through innovative and practice-oriented approaches.

The developed modules have undergone a comprehensive review process involving associated partners across all participating countries. This transnational quality assurance process has confirmed the high relevance, applicability, and usability of the training content. Feedback received from the associated partners has been consistently positive, indicating that the modules effectively respond to the identified needs of the target groups and are well-suited for practical application.

In March, the partnership convened for the third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), held as an international online meeting. The primary objective of this meeting was to collectively review and reflect upon the results of the module evaluation process. The discussions enabled the consortium to consolidate key findings, ensure alignment across partner countries, and establish a shared understanding of the next steps within the project lifecycle.

Following the completion and review of the modules, the project now enters its validation phase. During this stage, the training materials will be piloted with end users in all partner countries. The aim is to gather further feedback, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure that the modules are fully adapted to the practical needs and expectations of MSMEs. The validation phase is scheduled to be completed by October.

The project partners express a high level of satisfaction with the progress achieved to date. The effective collaboration within the consortium, combined with the quality of the project outputs, highlights the strong potential of the NICE project to contribute meaningfully to the support and development of MSMEs at the European level.
