Internet Web Solutions organised two Digimuse Enter Multiplier Events, bringing together participants interested in digital innovation, cultural heritage, museums, and education. The events provided an opportunity to present the project’s objectives, achievements, and the free educational resources developed to support the digital transformation of museums and cultural institutions.
During both sessions, IWS introduced the Digimuse Enter project, highlighting its mission to equip museum professionals, educators, students, and cultural organisations with the digital competences needed to create more engaging, accessible, and innovative museum experiences through the effective use of digital technologies.
Participants were guided through the project’s key results, with particular attention given to the four free online training modules, designed to provide practical knowledge on integrating digital tools into museum environments. The courses are fully open to the public and accessible to anyone wishing to improve their digital skills in the cultural and museum sectors.

A major focus of the events was the presentation of the collection of best practices, showcasing inspiring examples of how museums across Europe and beyond have adopted digital technologies to enhance visitor engagement, improve accessibility, and enrich cultural experiences. These real-life examples demonstrate how digital innovation can make museums more interactive, inclusive, and attractive to diverse audiences.
Participants also explored the project’s Best Practice Analysis Matrix, an innovative framework developed to evaluate each best practice according to several key criteria, including strengths, weaknesses, transferability, implementation requirements, and cost-effectiveness. The matrix provides practical guidance for museums and cultural organisations seeking to replicate successful digital initiatives while making efficient use of available resources, including low-budget solutions.
Another important project result presented during the multiplier events was the DigComp Competence Matrix, which maps the digital competences addressed throughout the training programme. This framework ensures that learners progressively develop the knowledge and skills required to confidently apply digital technologies within museum and cultural heritage contexts while aligning the learning outcomes with the European Digital Competence Framework.
The events also showcased the Digimuse Enter OER Platform, a free online learning environment where all project outputs are available in one place. Accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the platform allows learners to access the complete training programme at their own pace. For maximum flexibility, the training materials can also be downloaded in PowerPoint and Word formats, enabling participants to study offline, adapt the content for educational purposes, or use the materials within their own organisations.
Through these dissemination activities, Internet Web Solutions reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that the project’s results remain freely available to learners, educators, museum professionals, and organisations across Europe. The Digimuse Enter resources are freely accessible through the project’s OER Platform, ensuring that the project’s impact continues beyond its lifetime by supporting the ongoing digital evolution of museums and cultural institutions.
