2. Who Can Contribute?
We welcome submissions from individuals, companies, universities, research centres, public authorities, NGOs, European project partners, journalists, freelance writers, industry experts, associations, start-ups, and educational institutions. No previous publishing experience is required. What matters is the quality, relevance, and originality of your content.
3. Topics We Publish
EUProjectsNews accepts articles on a wide variety of subjects, including but not limited to: European Projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe), Innovation, Research, AI, Digital Transformation, Education, Sustainability, Green Transition, Entrepreneurship, Business, Public Policy, Science, Technology, Culture, Health, Social Innovation, Press Releases, and General News of Public Interest.
4. Language Requirements
All articles must be written exclusively in English. Authors are responsible for ensuring clear, accurate, and readable English. Submissions with significant language issues may be returned for revision or declined.
5. Originality and Copyright
All submitted content must be original, written by the submitting author or organisation, free from plagiarism, and free from copyright infringement. Previously published material is accepted only if the author holds the necessary rights and clearly indicates where it previously appeared.
6. AI-Assisted Content
The use of Artificial Intelligence tools to assist writing is permitted. However, authors remain fully responsible for information accuracy. AI-generated content must always be reviewed and edited by a human before submission.
7. Editorial Standards
We expect submissions to follow basic journalistic principles: accuracy, respect, objectivity, clarity, and logical structure. Factual statements should be supported by reliable sources.
8. Images and Media
Authors are encouraged to include a featured image. All media must be legally owned, licensed, or used with permission. AI-generated images are permitted provided they do not infringe third-party rights.
9. External Links
Relevant external links are welcome (maximum 2 per article). Links must complement the content. Affiliate links, excessive self-promotion, or spam will result in rejection.
10. Recommended Article Structure
- Clear and descriptive title
- Short introduction
- Logical section headings (H2 and H3)
- Short, easy-to-read paragraphs
- Reliable sources and clear conclusion
11. Article Length
Minimum length: 500 words. Recommended length: 800–1,500 words. Quality is always more important than word count.
12. Editorial Review Process
Every submission is reviewed before publication. The editorial team may approve the article, request revisions, or decline submissions that do not meet standards.
13. Revisions Requested
Articles requiring improvement may be returned to the author for revision and resubmission.
14. Prohibited Content
We do not publish hate speech, discrimination, harassment, violence, illegal activities, defamatory statements, deliberate misinformation, plagiarism, spam, or excessive commercial promotion.
15. Copyright and Publishing Licence
Authors retain full copyright ownership of their work while granting EUProjectsNews a non-exclusive licence to publish and distribute the content.
16. Sponsored Content
Publishing standard articles on EUProjectsNews is completely free. However, we accept sponsored or commercial content provided it aligns with our editorial standards. All paid, sponsored, or promotional articles will be clearly labeled as “Sponsored Content” to ensure total transparency.
