The ALL-IN project held its online Closing Meeting on 11 December 2025, bringing together all partner organisations to review achievements, assess impact, and outline the final steps of the project.

The meeting opened with a welcome and introduction led by IT Solutions for All, followed by a comprehensive overview of WP1 Project Management, including quality assurance processes and the project’s impact exercise. These sessions highlighted the coordination efforts and evaluation mechanisms that supported the project throughout its lifecycle.

The outcomes of WP2 Assessment and Best Practices were presented, showcasing key insights gathered during the research and analysis phase. Then, the focus shifted to the practical results of the project, with presentations on the ALL-IN Toolbox and Gamification under WP3.

The meeting continued with an overview of WP4, covering the ALL-IN OER Platform, test and validation activities, and dissemination actions. The agenda also included a dedicated session on green and sustainable practices, reinforcing the project’s commitment to sustainability.

The meeting concluded with a joint discussion on next steps and final remarks from all partners, marking the formal closure of the ALL-IN project and celebrating its collaborative achievements.

After 24 months of implementation, all planned activities and expected results have been successfully achieved. The Closing Meeting served as a moment to reflect on the project’s overall impact and collaborative work, while confirming that the ALL-IN project will officially come to an end on 31 January.

ALL-IN is a project co-funded by the European Union in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2, Cooperation partnerships in youth, that aims to promote inclusive communication and language practices through the development of an innovative curriculum and an Open Educational Resources (OER) platform. Its objectives include creating an inclusive learning environment, raising awareness of the importance of inclusive language and enhancing the impact of ALL-IN initiatives. Ultimately, it aims to foster inclusive communication, benefiting individuals, educators, organisations, and society as a whole.
