On 21st May 2025, the third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM III) of the “Advancing Language Learning for Inclusive Narratives – ALL-IN” project was successfully held in Brussels, at the headquarters of the Belgian partner, IHF – Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires. The meeting gathered representatives from all partner organizations to assess the progress made and to align on the next crucial phases of the project.

ALL-IN is a European cooperation partnership in the field of Youth, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission. The project aims to equip youth workers with the tools to challenge discrimination and promote inclusive values through language learning and intercultural dialogue. The consortium, composed of partners from several EU countries, is working collaboratively to develop an inclusive learning environment and foster inclusive communication within the Youth sector, benefiting individuals, educators, organisations, and society as a whole.

The TPM III was organized into several focused working sessions, each addressing key deliverables and project activities. The day began with a review of administrative and financial updates to ensure effective project management and compliance. This was followed by an overview of all work packages (WPs), and later, discussions on dissemination strategies aimed at enhancing the project’s visibility across digital platforms and youth networks.

A particularly significant part of the meeting was devoted to Work Package 3 (WP3): ALL-IN Toolbox and Gamification. This innovative package is at the heart of the project’s pedagogical strategy, offering a set of interactive training materials now available online at this link, in multilanguage version

The ALL-IN Toolbox is designed to support youth workers in fostering intercultural dialogue through language learning, using inclusive narratives and playful learning techniques. It includes a variety of practical resources — such as educational games, interactive scenarios, and workshop formats — tailored to make learning more engaging and accessible for diverse youth communities.

With the training materials now finalized and published, the next step for the project is to pilot the ALL-IN Toolbox with the target groups, mainly youth workers. Their feedback and engagement will be essential to refine the tools and ensure they meet the needs of those working directly with young people in inclusive learning environments.
