Advancing Innovation in VET: 3rd Transnational Project Meeting

The BT4VET (Business Transformation of VET) Erasmus+ project successfully held its 3rd Transnational Project Meeting online on January 13th, 2026. The meeting brought together all Partners to review the significant milestones achieved and to coordinate the next phases of development: IAL FVG – Coordinator (Italy), IWS (Spain), IHF (Belgium), Institute ADN (Poland), ANCCP (Spain), IDP (Italy), and Victoria/Riseba (Latvia).

During the session, the coordinator (IAL FVG) confirmed that the Interim Report has been officially submitted to the National Agency. A key highlight of the meeting was the announcement that Work Package 3 (WP3) – Develop Innovative Business Concept for VET providers – has been officially concluded. All results and the final “Toolkit,” available in all partner languages, are now openly accessible on the BT4VET Digital Open Space.

The consortium is now moving into the Test & Validation phase (WP4). Led by IAL FVG, this stage will involve:

• 100 participants across four partner organizations (IAL FVG, ADN, ANCCP, and Victoria/Riseba)

• The testing of all WP3 results

• Continued development of the Digital Warehouse, including updates to the OER Platform and online dissemination strategies presented by IWS.

Additionally, the partners participated in a Green Sustainability Workshop, reinforcing the project’s commitment to eco-friendly practices. Discussions focused on minimizing carbon footprints through digital connectivity, encouraging sustainable transport, and adopting a “circular attitude” in event management.

Looking ahead, the partners also received an introduction to WP5 regarding Feasibility Study and Business Planning, which will be the focus of the coming months.

BT4VET aims at:

• Boosting innovation and increasing the attractiveness of VET providers.

• Creating innovative business modelling management tools.

• Starting processes for the economic and social growth of the VET sector.

By providing VET operators with these digital tools, the project enables them to become ‘agents of change’ in their local territories.
